Consumer Health Data Privacy Policy

Last updated: October 13, 2026

In short: health data you enter in or allow our Apps to read stays on your device. DayDay does not collect, share or sell it.

This policy applies to “consumer health data” as defined by the Washington My Health My Data Act, Nevada’s consumer health data law and similar state laws, in connection with DayDay’s website and apps (the “Services”). It supplements our Privacy Policy.

Categories of consumer health data

When you use our Apps, you may enter or allow the App to read information that could be consumer health data, such as: food and calorie intake; meal photos; body weight and goals; physical activity, steps and energy burned (including from Apple Health); and sleep times and how rested you feel.

How this data is handled

The diagnostic and performance data we do collect (described in our Privacy Policy) is technical, is not linked to your health content, and is not used to infer anything about your health.

If you join a waitlist on our website, we store your email address and which app you signed up for, only to tell you when it launches (see Waitlist). We don’t use it to infer anything about your health, and we don’t share or sell it. You can ask us to delete it at any time.

Your rights

You can confirm, access, export and delete your consumer health data at any time directly in the App’s settings, and withdraw consent by revoking permissions in iOS Settings or deleting the App. Because we don’t hold this data, there is nothing further for us to delete. You can also contact us with any question or request; if we deny a request, you may appeal by replying to our response, and if the appeal is denied you may contact your state Attorney General.

Changes

If we ever start collecting or sharing consumer health data, we will update this policy and ask for your consent first, as the law requires.
